Refund policy

On items less than 100 lbs we accept all returns. Buyer must mail in original packaging and will be refunded upon receiving. Buyer will have to pay for return shipping. On items larger than 100 lbs we do not accept returns as logistically and to repackage it is just not realistic to resell and pay for shipping both ways again. We do however offer a year warranty on all parts. On top of that if you email us at commercialhomegym.com we can help you try to get any parts you need to make your home gym experience better. Please include your order number and product type as well as pictures for any correspondence.
